Founder - Liza Makarov

With a background in ethnography and other qualitative research methods, I have worked to improve product, brand and experience, guide strategic thinking and force a more user driven design process. The focus of my work has been on the critical analysis and translation of social and cultural insight into tangible design solutions as well as wider strategic commercial opportunities. I have worked within the area of innovation and user - centred design for over 15 years, applying my practical skills and creative thinking to business and design challenges for global clients across industries and sectors.

The intersection of context, design and people is what I find most interesting and most critical in solving today’s commercial challenges.
